Our First Team Christmas Social – A Night to Remember

On the 6th of December, our team came together for our very first Christmas social, held at the brilliant Everyman Cinema at Stratford International. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt special – relaxed, festive, and full of excitement. With cosy seating, great food, and expertly mixed cocktails flowing, it was the perfect setting to step away from the usual routine and simply enjoy each other’s company.

The evening struck a great balance between fun and purpose. Alongside the social side of things, we also took time for some light strategy coaching, which sparked thoughtful conversations and fresh ideas without feeling formal or heavy. It was refreshing to reflect, share perspectives, and align as a team in such an informal and welcoming environment. The raffle prizes added an extra layer of excitement, bringing plenty of laughter, cheers, and a healthy bit of competition.

The vibe throughout the night was amazing. It felt like a real milestone for the team – not just celebrating the festive season, but also celebrating the people behind the work. The evening left everyone feeling energised, valued, and even more connected as we head towards the end of the year and look ahead to what’s next.
